productive dayNever did have that beer last night. By the time i got done posting, i was wasted. I went to bed before the kid did, shortly before 10.
Had to get out in the rain and get to work today, though. Blech. I wanted so badly to stay in bed with Mistress. We just don't get to lounge in bed together in the morning hardly at all anymore and i really miss that.
Tonight She is headed out with R. They are gonna go play and socialize at MasterD's and his slavewife's house. She is spending the night at R's so it is just me and the kid.
A good night's sleep helped me a lot today, though. I've been productive. I was home by 1 and have gotten quite a bit done since then. Balanced checkbooks, reconciled commissions, vacuumed the first floor, framed and hung the kid's football pic, etc etc.
i forgot last night to post about Mistress's bday this past week. The evening was hardly centered around Her bday since the kid had a night football game under the lights on the field where the high school team plays. Cool stuff ~grin~. They lost but it was still fun and we had concession food for dinner.
We had cake and ice cream when we got home. R and princesst got Mistress some nice presents, the kid made Her a funny card and i got Her an album that She loves that someone ended up in beavis's custody.
For some reason this afternoon, it just felt really nice to be home just picking away at chores, Mistress close by on Her computer and me at the kitchen table. We got in a bunch of hugs and kisses, i went upstairs with Her to put the laundry away while She showered and got ready for the evening and night away.
I need to get the list of bills that are due done. If i don't get that done tonight, Mistress said i can't do it until i get another chore done that i have been procrastinating about for ........oh.........well........for about 2 years now.......lol. I don't wanna do it but it is high time, She is right. And like a lot of chores like that that i tend to avoid and skirt around and put off, i suspect that once i actually take the bull by the horns it won't be all that bad and i'll feel really good when it is done.
So that is what is on my agenda for tomorrow morning and probably tomorrow afternoon after we get back from the kid's game, too.
i'll try to get the bills straigtened out tonight, maybe resist turning on the Penn State game until the second half or something.
Red Sox lost. That sucked. With their questionable pitching, though, i figured the odds were pretty high against them. It sure was fun while it lasted, though. Try again next year, right? I wouldn't mind seeing Roger win another one now that Boston is out of it.
Someone take a look at the question i asked about my poor little laptop in my previous post, please:)

the week~smile~ little did i know that when i wrote last Monday, that Tuesday was an anniversary of our's. I still had to go back to the fuckin office to make those miserable phone calls but Mistress really did pamper me. Made me spaghetti for dinner, sent R home early, had me fix Her a drink, told me to get a beer and go get naked. She gave me a really nice, sexy massage, carved that adorable little "3" into a fairly tender piece of my skin and played with me until i exploded.
Then we snuggled and watched a little TV. It was really nice time. She and i used to spend tons of time up there. It is on the third floor, quiet, remote, like a little castle in the sky.
Not much else goin on this week except work, i guess. Things have been okay on the princesst front. R and i have been working. I had to work again last night until 8 setting appointments. So i set myself an easy day today ~grin~
Hey, i have a question for any techies out there. My laptop is a Compaq Presario and it is having power issues. I've been told that it is because the pin at the back of the computer where you plug in the AC adaptor is loose. The pin, i'm told, is soldered to the motherboard and is difficult to repair and almost impossible to repair with any degree of reliability. Does this sound right to you? Any suggestions? Who might be able to fix it? The machine isn't anything special but i finally got the wireless connection to be reliable and it is nice to be able to sit in my chair and be online instead of out in the other room.
Mistress hasn't had much subbing work lately. I'm sure it is bothering Her. It ain't botherin me too much but i would probably be bothered if i were in Her shoes, too. I know my toes would be wicked pinched, that's for sure.
We've talked about maybe moving. A couple of locations have been discussed. Perhaps over toward Harrisburg, maybe even Virginia. She even discussed the Chicago area. Jeesh. Long ways from the coast of Maine, ayuh.
I'm beat. Even though i had an easy schedule, i was tired today and the weather was miserable.......poured off and on all day. As usual, i'm going to really resent having to drag my ass outta bed and go to work tomorrow. I'm going to start taking every other Saturday off, though, instead of about every 3rd or 4th one like i've been doing.
Time sure flies by, doesn't it? The leaves are changing, people have Halloween stuff up. Hell, some are even turning on the Christmas lights that they never took down last year.
The PA legislature is considering banning smoking in public places. I think they are intending to include bars. I think that is a big mistake.
There is a bar i used to go to up in Maine after my ex and i separated. Biker kinda place, 6 or 7 pool tables, live band every Friday and Saturday. It used to be packed every Friday and every Saturday, probably 250 patrons.
A couple of years ago, Mistress and i went up for a vacation and i took Her there anticipating a fun night. Well, Maine's ban on smoking had taken effect in the meantime and, let me tell ya, the place was DEAD. It was pitiful. Maybe 20 people inside and another 15 outside smoking. So much for the hundreds of dollars of quarters that got pumped into the pool tables twice a week. Bad idea. Restaurants? Sure, go for it. Bars? Not a good idea. I bet the gay bar we frequent would turn into a ghost town.
kk, enough outta me. Time for a beer and then to bed. Gotta work in the am, yanno. Blech.

The evening was truly lovely, Princess, despite how royally fucking pissed off i was about 80% of the day. You still melt me, Babe, and i loved being up in our little sanctuary-from-the-world with Ya.
Happy Anniversary, Love. 3 years, huh? Rut-roh, i think the warranty just expired........lol.

pissed off dayi don't even wanna write about today. I've been fuckin pissed off all fuckin day. The biggest thing is the news from my boss this morning that on Tuesdays and Thursdays from now on i have to make evening calls from 6-8 pm to set my own appointments. That REALLY pisses me off. Enough said about it for tonight but i'll warn ya that it likely won't be the last time i comment on it. Esp if i post again tomorrow night after getting home late and missing the fucking Red Sox game cos of this new rule.
Just read Mistress's post. ~sigh~ Guess it has been a pretty shitty day all around.
I noticed i only posted twice last week. i had intended on posting saturday night but i fell asleep. i was pooched.
My weekend was okay, given that i had to work Saturday........another part of this job i have come to despise. Got to spend some time with Mistress and R Friday night at the bar, shoot some pool, have some drinks.
I did stop in to see Mistress for a bit in between appointments Saturday morning. That was nice. The thought crossed my mind of how cool it would be to run an appointment, stop by to see my Love, have 20-30 minutes of some form of naughty, kinky stuff and then go greet the next client with an innocent smile on my face. ~grin~
Saturday afternoon i did get some stuff done. I was tired, though, so i kinda poked away at little stuff while keeping an eye on Penn State, Notre Dame and the Red Sox. Pretty good weekend for sports with the exception of the Pat's getting their asses kicked.
Mistress checked in on me a couple of times Saturday. I felt like i should suggest something to do since She and R seemed to just be kinda lost and meandering but i didn't. Turns out, i just plain gave out. I laid down on the couch around 7 "just for a little rest", managed to keep my eyes open for maybe 90 minutes and the next thing i knew it was midnight. I trundled off to bed.
Yesterday, i picked up Mistress and we went to the kid's game. They lost but i thought he played pretty well. The team actually didn't do too badly, either. It was just two plays that made the difference. Of course, those two plays were each 80+ yard runs for touchdowns for the opposing team...lol. So, we don't have a great record but the kid seems to be happy just to play and i think that is very cool.
Wish i had heard beavis talking about giving the kid shit about wetting the bed. I doubt i would have kept my snarls to myself the way Mistress managed to. Ignorant asshole.

On a more positive note, princesst has been better and tonight Mistress is gonna re-do my cutting. After i snarled and cussed about my day, She suggested it. I'd label it a mercy cutting (yanno, like a mercy fuck? lol) and to some degree i am sure it is. I also know, though, that Her eyes sparkle when my blood starts to flow. I think i'll have a beer for that....haven't had one since Friday. Trying to get a bit away from the couple of beers every single night thing.
